How PaySaw delivers SaaS access, LMS, school management, English learning, mobile app, and digital services.

1. Delivery Method

PaySaw services are delivered digitally through web platforms, school tenant workspaces, LMS access, mobile experiences, support channels, and remote onboarding where applicable.

2. Account and Platform Access

  • Standard SaaS access is provisioned after successful registration, required verification, and payment or trial approval.
  • School tenant setup, user roles, modules, and configuration depend on the selected plan and onboarding requirements.
  • Enterprise or custom accounts may require manual onboarding, contract approval, and project scheduling.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Self-service account access is typically available immediately or after verification.
  • Standard school onboarding is typically handled within 1 to 5 business days after required information is received.
  • Custom integrations, migration, white-label, mobile app, or enterprise delivery timelines are confirmed in writing.

4. No Physical Shipping

PaySaw is a SaaS and digital services provider. No physical product shipping is included unless a separate written agreement specifically includes physical goods or hardware.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate school, contact, billing, and onboarding information.
  • Provide required user lists, content, branding, payment proof, or technical details where applicable.
  • Ensure authorized users comply with applicable laws, school policies, and PaySaw terms.
