Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of PaySaw school SaaS, LMS, English learning, mobile app, and digital service offerings.

1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of services provided by PAYSAW (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED. By using PaySaw, creating an account, submitting a form, or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

PaySaw provides digital services including School SaaS Platform, LMS, Student Management, Attendance, Fees Management, English Learning Platform, Mobile Apps, Digital Services. Features may vary by plan, contract, role, tenant, and rollout status.

3. Accounts and Authorized Use

  • Users must provide accurate account, school, billing, and contact information.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
  • Customers must ensure that staff, students, parents, and administrators use the service lawfully and only for authorized purposes.
  • PaySaw may suspend access where misuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal concern is identified.

4. Pricing and Billing

Public plan pricing is displayed in PKR. Billing cycle labels are shown as Monthly or Yearly where applicable. Enterprise, custom, integration, onboarding, or white-label services may require a written quotation or agreement.

5. Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions related to their school, student, staff, billing, and learning data. PaySaw processes customer data to provide the contracted services.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use PaySaw for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful activities.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, security, rate limits, or tenant boundaries.
  • Do not upload malicious code, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Do not use payment, messaging, or communication features in a way that violates applicable laws or provider rules.

7. Intellectual Property

PaySaw software, design, branding, documentation, and platform materials are owned by PaySaw or its licensors. Customer content remains the responsibility of the customer or applicable rights holder.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaySaw is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from service use.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled through the appropriate legal forums in Pakistan unless a written agreement states otherwise.
